Artificial Intelligence Tools for Information and Communication Interaction in Institutions of Higher Education

The article analyzes the means of using artificial intelligence in institutions of higher education. Factors influencing the specifics of a modern institution of higher education are presented, in particular, digitalization of educational interaction. Тhe wide application of information and communication technologies of education encourages the emergence of new forms of the learning process, the use of digital methods and various models of pedagogical interaction between teachers and students of education. As a result of the analysis, the main directions of introduction of artificial intelligence into the system of higher education for information and communication interaction were determined and characterized, methods of using artificial intelligence tools for information and communication interaction in institutions of higher education were considered, and the most popular artificial intelligence tools for students and teachers were singled out.
