Objective of the study is to analyze the correlation of creativity and personality conflict to identify the degree of influence of creativity on the choice of a conflict behavior strategy. The methodological basis of the research was the conclusions and provisions from the works of both foreign and domestic authors who investigated various aspects and revealed the essence of migration as a phenomenon. General scientific methods of cognition (analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, classification, comparison) were used in the work, a special method (structural and functional) was applied, which is based on the use of general methodological principles of modern Russian sociology, as well as an integral scientific approach. When analyzing the characteristics of creative personalities and strategies of behavior in conflict, certain provisions of behaviorism are involved. Results of the study. It was possible to conclude that there are a number of traits that allow us to identify people with pronounced creativity, which can change as they grow up. In the case of children, the relationship between creativity and conflict turns out to be nonlinear, but at the same time largely dependent on the level of intelligence. While in the older age group, on the contrary, there is no strong correlation between creativity and intelligence. It is also possible to clearly trace the changes in the prevailing strategies of behavior in conflict, depending on the professional role. Adults, unlike children, more often use certain behavioral strategies consciously, so conflict resolution through creativity for them becomes not just an adaptive mechanism, but also a condition for professional development. Research Perspectives. Future research should aim not only to identify and confirm the statistically high potential of creative abilities and the general constructive nature of a creative personality, but also to expand our understanding of its direct application to conflict resolution. Creativity has a fruitful effect on the conflict behavior of subjects within the framework of interpersonal conflicts in small groups, but it is unclear how effective the use of creativity on a larger scale will be.
