A Minor as a Subject of Inheritance Relations: Special Aspects of Protection of Rights

The article examines the features of the legal status of a minor heir, identifi es the grounds and limits of the participation of his legal representatives in inheritance relations, and identifi es the problems of law enforcement of rules on inheritance in the case of inheritance of certain types of property. Proposals for adjusting the rules on inheritance are formulated, and ways to protect the rights of a minor heir are proposed by determining his legal status in inheritance relations.
