Development of a question generation application from PDF documents is a difficult task that necessitates assessing the content of the PDF and creating meaningful and informative questions. The goal of this paper was to originate a new software that would automatically generate test question sets for educational evaluations from PDF documents using LangChain, an effective natural language processing framework. The research approach used a procedure to generate questions from PDF documents. Natural language processing techniques were initially used to extract named entities and their related connections from the PDF material. The information, conceptual connections, and significant events in the document were all extracted throughout this procedure. The information gathered was then imported into LangChain, a probabilistic language model. Using its contextual awareness and knowledge patterns, LangChain generated meaningful and well-organized questions. In the given PDFs, the application was able to generate in-depth, insightful questions that addressed a wide range of subject areas and cognitive levels. These results demonstrate how successfully LangChain works to produce excellent evaluation questions by leveraging inherent information available in PDFs. By automating the generation of questions, this enables for deeper student involvement and comprehension of the topic, revolutionizing the way educators work. This study suggests further research, such as the development of interactive feedback systems to improve educational chances.
