This study conducted an empirical analysis with a structural model to identify the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial intention for university students across the country.Based on previous studies, entrepreneurship was set as an independent variable, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial efficacy as mediating variables, and entrepreneurial intention as dependent variables. In this study, data were collected through online and offline surveys targeting university students nationwide, and hypothesis verification was conducted through demographic analysis, reliability and validity verification, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis with a sample of 625 students.Empirical research showed that innovativeness and risk-taking were found to have a positive impact on entrepreneurial motivation, initiative and innovativeness were found to have a positive impact on entrepreneurial efficacy, and innovativeness was found to have a positive effect on the will to entrepreneurial intention. In addition, entrepreneurial motivation and efficacy positively affected the entrepreneurial intention.Furthermore, it was found that there was a mediating effect of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial efficacy in the relationship between university students' innovativeness and entrepreneurial intention. This study implies that it differs from previous studies in that the structural relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention of university students was empirically studied.
