IoT technology is now employed for a variety of tasks that improve consumer convenience in their daily lives. These actual things contain electronics, Internet access, and other kinds of gear like sensors. These embedded objects have the ability to interact and communicate with one another over the Internet, as well as be watched over and managed from a distance. IoT-based wearable smart-shoe technology includes embedded components such an Arduino, GPS device, and GSM module (for sending SMS). The main goal of this project is to create a system of smart shoe that can track your health. The shoe is designed in such a way that anyone who do running or walking by wearing this shoe, based on the step count if the user do over exercise it reminds the user to rest for a while in the form of message notification, it also helps the user to avoid dehydration by reminding him to drink water and if the user takes rest for some time it reminds him to take warmup. Once the user started walking or running the live location of the user will be sent to concerned people to track the user whereabouts.
