Agriculture faces numerous challenges globally, including climate change, soil degradation, pest infestations, and population growth. Innovative solutions are essential to optimize agricultural productivity and output. In the Philippines, agriculture contributed 10.18% of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Traditional farming is still observed in rural places in the Philippines that are dependent on manual labor. The aim of this study is to develop a functional agricultural drone for spraying fertilizers on farms that reduces occupational accidents and increases the safety of farmers. Utilizing this technology will make the process of farming more efficient and cost-effective than conventional means. The sprayer is a convenient means to minimize human intervention in handling chemicals on rice fields, vegetation, and crops. This paper also discusses the development of an octocopter drone attached to a spraying mechanism. In this paper, the effectiveness and efficiency of sprayer volume flow rate and mist consistency on rice crops was included. Drones offer a promising avenue for precision agriculture, providing an opportunity to enhance productivity and reduce risks associated with manual labor.
