In order to improve the ability of window glass to penetrate electromagnetic waves and the spectrum utilization efficiency in the 5G communication frequency band, a new type of transmissive metasurface with a double-layer design is proposed in this paper. On the premise of ensuring the original advantages of window glass on the residential building, the characteristic of glass to transmit electromagnetic waves is improved in both N78 and N79 bands, and it also has favorable angular stability for incident angles from 0° to 45°.
