Nowadays, quadruped robotic technology has been developed to be used for exploration in dangerous and humanly inaccessible areas which is superior to wheeled and centipede robots due to its capable of traversing and exploring in complex and difficult terrain. There is significant ongoing development for educational and future development purposes. This paper aims to create the structure and fundamental systems that a quadruped robot should possess, including the robot's structure and basic algorithms such as motion and self-balancing. Gyroscopes testing have been conducted to provide feedback on the current angle and adjustments needed on such terrains for quadruped robots can stably stand on inclined planes with 2 DOF using Roll and Pitch. The objective is to assess performance in responsiveness and analyze various posture control methods to identify advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, this effort strives to enhance balance maintenance for developing diverse walking patterns on inclined surfaces for quadruped robots.
