The purpose of the article is to actualize the influence of genetics on the active recreation of young people with a history of physical inactivity. The purpose of the article is to emphasize the influence of an individual's understanding on activity, to focus on the relationship between activity and personal development, and to spread the idea of the need for movement for the development of the intellectual potential of humanity and the economic development of the country. The article is based on a sociological survey conducted by Cedos, an independent think tank that has been working on social development issues since 2010. The issue was studied in scientific and popular publications. The author puts forward a thesis about the interconnection of history and the needs of an individual on the development of active recreation in the region. Assumptions are made about the forecast of interest of children and youth in the next generations in active recreation and strengthening of mutual relations in the family through active activities. It is concluded that the creation of locations in different regions of the country will create a map of activities that will affect the logistics, competitiveness of the region, the restoration of the internal resource of the older generation and the preservation of family values. Restoring family histories and memories that were caused by activity is the basis for life, preserving life expectancy and developing the creative potential of young people, because the memories of mothers and fathers, grandparents can influence a child's worldview, strengthen their faith in their own capabilities, and inspire discovery. Social and marketing programs based on analytical, historical, and statistical data can strengthen the economic capacity of the region, create conditions for the child to feel supported by the state and small or medium-sized businesses, influence the relationship between producers and service providers in the regions of the country, strengthening each segment, and create conditions for competitive cultural and social development products.
