This paper introduces a Blockchain-Driven Feedback Management System tailored for colleges and universities, addressing challenges in traditional feedback mechanisms related to data integrity and centralized vulnerabilities. Leveraging Ethereum's smart contracts, the system establishes a decentralized network enabling students to directly submit feedback on the portal. Upon submission, the feedback data undergoes encryption and is stored as an immutable hash on the blockchain. This innovative approach provides direct feedback analytics to the college or authorities, eliminating the need for intermediary validation. Inspired by successful implementations in other domains, the proposed system draws lessons from applications like the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS). By incorporating real-world examples, the paper establishes a robust foundation for revolutionizing how educational institutions collect, manage, and safeguard feedback data, contributing to an improved and trustworthy feedback ecosystem.
