Implementation of automation improves quality of service and optimizes administrative processes in medical centers.
In the conditions of modern healthcare, the effective organization of the registry is becoming a critically important task for medical institutions. The urgency of automating business processes is related to the fact that with the traditional system of work in polyclinics and medical centers, long queues, overloaded telephone lines and human errors occur when processing patient data. This leads to a decrease in the quality of service and customer dissatisfaction. It is proposed to solve the problem of poor quality of patient care and registry congestion by implementing software that automates key administrative processes. This solution ensures prompt interaction between patients and the medical institution, optimizing the flow of requests.
