Analysis reveals that integrating risk management into digital project practices enhances decision transparency and project efficiency.
The article is devoted to the study of project management in digital ecosystems under conditions of increased risks. Digitalization is considered as a factor in increasing the efficiency and sustainability of project activities. The purpose of the study is to analyze a project management model that integrates digital tools, risk-based approaches and hybrid methods. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of project management, systematizes the main factors of the formation of an ecosystem approach, considers the classification of risks and methods of their quantitative and qualitative assessment, including the use of digital platforms, data analytics and scenario planning. The authors substantiate the need to include risk management in the project management contour, which is aimed at reducing the time of implementation, minimizing the likelihood of failures and increasing the transparency of management decisions. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed model in domestic organizations and scaling solutions, which contributes to the formation of sustainable digital ecosystems and increasing technological sovereignty.
