The development of digital technology and social media has significantly influenced communication patterns across various platforms, including inspirational online talk shows. This study aims to examine the transformation of communication styles and creative strategies implemented in the production of online talk show content during the period from 2021 to 2025. Using a longitudinal study method combined with a qualitative approach, this research integrates content analysis of online talk show episodes and in-depth interviews with producers and hosts. Interpersonal communication theory and media innovation theory are used as frameworks to understand changes in delivery styles and evolving creativity. The findings reveal a significant evolution in communication styles, shifting from formal and one-way presentations to more interactive, personal, and responsive approaches tailored to digital audience needs. Creative strategies have also improved through the use of multimedia technology, more authentic storytelling, and the integration of audience feedback to increase engagement. This study emphasizes the importance of dynamic and innovative communication adaptation in responding to digital changes, ensuring that online talk shows remain relevant, attract attention, and effectively inspire.
