This study explores the concept of ethics in production according to the view of Maqasid Syariah as a theoretical basis for developing in the context of Islamic values ​​a framework in production that focuses on the moral and legal instruments contained in Maqasid Syariah as a reference in fair and sustainable production as well as provide insight for business practitioners and other stakeholders regarding the principles and rules of production based on Maqasid Syariah. In Maqasyid's view, sharia can be implemented in modern production practices, in order to further increase ethical awareness among producers based on values. justice and social welfare
