The agricultural sector has historically been one of the cornerstones of Ukraine’s national economy, shaping export flows, foreign exchange earnings, and rural employment. In recent years, particularly under the influence of geopolitical and military challenges, its role has intensified as a determinant of logistics development. This article examines the multifaceted impact of agricultural exports on the modernization of Ukraine’s transport and logistics infrastructure, including seaports, Danube river hubs, railway corridors, and warehouse networks. The study highlights how the export orientation of agribusiness necessitates large-scale and continuous flows of cargo, thereby stimulating investments in transhipment facilities, storage systems, and private fleets. Special emphasis is placed on the rapid reconfiguration of international transport corridors through the activation of the EU-Ukraine “Solidarity Lanes” and the Danube cluster, as well as the partial recovery of Black Sea navigation. These processes illustrate the agricultural sector’s role as both a stabilizer and a driver of systemic transformation in national logistics. The research underscores the contribution of private companies such as NIBULON and Kernel, whose investments in river terminals, vessels, and digital logistics solutions have mitigated bottlenecks and reduced dependence on vulnerable infrastructure. At the same time, state tariff regulation and international donor support remain decisive for restoring elevator capacities and sustaining grain exports under wartime conditions. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in systematizing the interdependence between agrarian production and logistics, showing how agriculture not only adapts to existing infrastructure but also reshapes it through demand pressures and innovation. The practical significance consists in identifying priority directions for enhancing export efficiency, attracting foreign and domestic capital, and integrating digitalization into supply chain management. Prospects for further research include evaluating the long-term effectiveness of newly created corridors, modelling the influence of railway tariffs on farmers’ export competitiveness, and assessing the role of resilience strategies in ensuring continuity of Ukraine’s agricultural trade.
