This analysis uncovers strategies to enhance supply chain resilience and improve decision making in manufacturing, suggesting effective responses to disruption risks.
In the context of globalization, the risks of industrial chain disruptions have become increasingly prominent, posing serious threats to the stable operations of manufacturing enterprises. This study focuses on how manufacturing enterprises can build supply chain resilience and make strategic decisions under such risks. Through in-depth analysis of supply chain resilience theories—including its concepts, connotations, and constituent elements—we propose targeted strategies for building supply chain resilience, such as optimizing supplier selection and management, improving inventory management, and enhancing logistics distribution. Additionally, considering the characteristics of industrial chain disruption risks, this research explores strategic decision-making in production, procurement, and market aspects for manufacturing enterprises. The aim is to provide a scientific and effective framework for building supply chain resilience and making strategic decisions, enabling manufacturers to adapt to the ever-changing industrial chain environment.
