Observational analysis finds effective VOCs recovery in ship spraying industry, indicating reduced harmful gas diffusion.
A ship automatic spraying and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) recycling robot during the spraying process. This robot innovatively designs a double-layer recovery device with negative pressure adsorption, which can achieve real-time recovery and adsorption of expanded paint mist and VOCs during automatic spraying. This robot has an automatic posture adjustment system, which is equipped with a recycling device to automatically recognize and address the spraying wall, adjust the spraying distance and posture, and complete automatic spraying and recycling operations. Through the development and on-site practice of robots, this robot effectively solves the problem of harmful gas diffusion in the ship spraying industry, freeing manual labor from traditional heavy pollution spraying.
