This community service activity aims to improve production and marketing efficiency at the BimaTempe Industrial Center in Palembang through information technology-based business digitization.Partners face major challenges in the form of manual production processes, the absence of a financialrecording system, and product marketing that does not utilize digital media. The solution offered is thedevelopment and implementation of a website-based BimaTempe application to assist with productionrecording, raw material inventory management, sales transactions, and financial reporting. In addition,digital marketing strategy training was conducted through the creation of business Instagram andWhatsApp Business accounts to increase customer reach. The activity was carried out using socialization,training, technical assistance, and evaluation methods based on the CIPP (Context, Input, Process,Product) model. The results of the activity showed an increase in efficiency, including a 27.7% decreasein production work time, a decrease in raw material stock deviation to 2.1%, and the automation offinancial recording by partners. On the marketing side, the number of new customers increased by 20%,and partners began actively using social media in product promotion. The overall process demonstrated that a simple, applicable, and participatory digital approach can significantly improve the managementcapacity of small businesses. These findings confirm that digitalization is an effective strategy to increasethe competitiveness and sustainability of micro-enterprises, especially in the community-based local foodsector.
