Assessment shows enhanced decision-making and competitiveness in enterprises through digital transformation and integrated systems.
The article explores the concept of digital coherence as a key factor in the effective digital transformation of enterprises. The relevance of the issue is determined by the current challenges of globalisation, rapid development of information technologies, and intensive digitalisation of the economy, which determine the competitiveness, innovation, and strategic stability of enterprises. The object of the study is the management processes and organisational systems of enterprises in the context of digital transformation. It is shown that the simple implementation of individual digital tools no longer ensures long-term results: only the systematic integration of digital initiatives into all management processes and organisational systems creates synergistic effects, increases the speed of decision-making, and reduces fragmentation and duplication of resources. It is substantiated that the implementation of digital coherence ensures increased flexibility and sustainability of enterprises, contributes to the growth of business process efficiency, cost optimisation, human resource development, strengthening of market positions and reduction of risks associated with digital security. A system of criteria and indicators for assessing digital coherence has been developed, covering financial and economic, operational, managerial, innovative, socio-organisational, market and security aspects. Their integrated assessment allows determining the level of digital maturity of an enterprise, the effectiveness of information potential management, and the degree of readiness for innovative transformations. A scientifically sound approach to assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation involves the use of integrated indices and a system of balanced indicators adapted to the conditions of the digital economy. The proposed approach allows enterprises to assess the comprehensive impact of digital initiatives on the financial, operational, managerial, innovative, socio-organisational, market and security aspects of their activities, ensuring the strategic stability and effectiveness of the enterprise economy.
