Numerical analysis reveals enhanced thermal transfer in nanofluids, highlighting implications for chemical technology.
Hybrid nanofluids, which contain multiple distinct nanoparticles, are a recent breakthrough in the discipline of thermal transmission. Many scientists and researchers are very devoted to researching the flow issues associated with hybrid nanofluid because of its potential in various mechanical and commercial procedures. This study conducts a numerical investigation into the thermal transfer characteristics of the Falkner-Skan flow of GO-Fe3O4/Engine oil hybrid nanofluid, influenced by a wedge surface, while incorporating the implications of thermophoresis and Brownian motion. The research aims to evaluate the enhanced thermal transport behavior of Casson and Carreau hybrid nanofluids. The governing equations are addressed by means of the bvp4c method in MATLAB. The results, illustrated through plots and numerical data, reveal the impact of various parameters on velocity, thermal and concentration fields, wall friction, and energy and mass transport. The findings show that the Carreau hybrid nanofluid demonstrates a significantly higher energy transport rate compared to the Casson hybrid nanofluid. The present Work intends to enhance the thermal assessment procedure, most especially for practical fields such as solar power storage tanks, chemical technology and food manufacturing, which typically experience a mass transmission problem accompanied by chemical interactions with the energy of activation.
