Analysis reveals transport modes and logistics planning optimize supply chains in cross-border trade.
The substantiation of modern approaches to the organization of distribution logistics within the framework of international commodity movement is carried out. Separate strategies for choosing the method of delivery of goods are considered, depending on the type and mode of transport, as well as the route of movement. The issues of the development of international commodity exchange in trade between Russia and China are studied from the point of view of the application of various modern logistics technologies of commodity movement in the framework of foreign trade in the current economic conditions. The article examines the legal aspects of organizing international supplies of construction equipment from China to Russia, as well as the mechanisms for planning and controlling the physical movement of various types of material resources, including raw materials, components and finished products, at all stages of the supply chain from their production sites to intermediate and final consumption sites. The role of distribution logistics in solving the problems of optimizing the parameters of logistics flows within the framework of the promotion of inventory in supply chains, as well as the formation and development of sustainable distribution channels, is substantiated. The analysis of the main logistical indicators of international supplies of construction equipment is carried out, the growth of trade turnover and the expansion of foreign trade economic cooperation are assessed, and the directions of new logistics routes are determined. Special attention is paid to increasing mutual trade in national currencies, as well as the positive dynamics of trade exchange between Russia and China. The factors of modern economic conditions related to geo-economic instability, the presence of a large number of prohibitions and restrictions in international trade, as well as the disruption of previously existing supply chains are being assessed, and proposals are being developed to build a sustainable distribution system within cross-border trade to ensure the establishment of effective sales logistics. The main signs of the stability of the logistics distribution system are the coordinating role of the organizational logistics center, the activities of specialized trade and intermediary enterprises integrated into an integrated distribution structure, and the presence of a unified strategy for managing distribution activities and logistics.
