The diversification of natural dye hand-drawn batik represents a strategic effort to strengthen cultural identity while simultaneously promoting sustainable creative economic development in Triharjo Cultural Pioneer Village, Pandak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study aims to examine diversification strategies for natural-dye hand-drawn batik as a flagship cultural village product, focusing on design innovation, the use of eco-friendly raw materials, community empowerment, and broader market penetration. A qualitative case study methodology was applied, using in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and SWOT analysis. The findings reveal that diversifying natural dye hand-drawn batik not only supports environmental sustainability through the use of natural dyes but also enhances economic value by expanding both domestic and international market segments. The theoretical development emphasizes the synergy between design innovation, environmental sustainability, and cultural revitalization. In conclusion, natural dye hand-drawn batik holds significant potential as a flagship cultural village product capable of competing in global markets.
