This document serves as a conceptual and theory-building working paper that presents the official global conceptual and academic introduction to The Global Rare Impact Theory (GRIT). GRIT is a transdisciplinary framework that connects inner rare authenticity, conscious leadership and coaching, a meaning-driven economy, the interplay between Artificial Intelligence and Authentic Intelligence (AI × AI²), and offers insights into consciousness-based civilization design. The paper formally outlines the foundational architecture of GRIT, including the Rare Inner Code, the R.A.R.E® model (Real, Authentic, Relevant, and Evolving), the I.M.P.A.C.T® model (Integration, Meaning, Purpose, Action, Co-Creation, and Transformation), and the AI² lens (Authentic Intelligence). It also introduces the Rare Impact Equation and the Rare Impact Index (RII/RII-G), along with the Global Rare Impact Coaching Theory (GRIC). The framework is positioned as a long-term, transdisciplinary approach aimed at fostering awareness-based transformation across individuals, organizations, economies, and institutions. This preprint acts as the foundational reference for the upcoming publication titled “The Global Rare Impact Theory: From Inner Rare Authenticity to Global Impact” and marks the beginning of a multi-year research and practice initiative focused on awareness-based leadership, coaching, and civilization design. The preprint is published in the RAREIMPACTGLOBAL Foundation Working Paper Series and is openly available on Academia.edu and SSRN.
