Observational analysis reveals choroid plexus morphological alterations in Alzheimer disease, suggesting structural disruption contributes to cognitive impairment.

The pathologic substrates underlying these ChP morphological features remain to be elucidated, necessitating further investigation through imaging-histopathological comparison studies.
