Prosecutors' Claims for Recovery of Proceeds of the Parties from Anti-Social Transactions to the State Budget: Problems and Prospects

The article, based on the study of legal literature and materials of judicial practice, examines individual theoretical and practical aspects related to the protection of state interests by prosecutorial authorities by initiating judicial consideration of cases on confiscation of assets received by parties under antisocial transactions to the benefit of the Russian Federation on the basis of Article 169 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Individual proposals are made to improve civil legislation and the practice of its application, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office in this area and protecting public interests.
