Intercultural education in Peru has aimed to recognize and celebrate cultural diversity by creating a space for dialogue and mutual learning among different contexts, focusing on the holistic development of students. This research followed a qualitative approach using the PRISMA method, involving the search, selection, and analysis of documents related to interculturality, globalization, and Intercultural Bilingual Education (IBE) in the Peruvian context. The results showed that globalization and education have addressed the need to train students from diverse backgrounds to face the challenges of a connected world without losing their cultural identity. This intercultural education has promoted understanding, respect, and inclusion of the identities that coexist in Peru, laying the foundation to overcome adverse situations and official events that, in some way, limit intercultural progress.
