  Central Illustration. Association Between Antithrombotic Therapy and Adverse Events in Asian Cohort Postprocedural antithrombotic regimens and associated risk for major adverse events are shown. The regimens including direct oral anticoagulant agents (DOACs) accounted for more than 70%, and those of anticoagulant agents plus antiplatelet agents accounted for only approximately one-half of all cases. Differences in the antithrombotic regimens at discharge did not significantly affect the incidence of any major adverse event.
