In this study, the meta-analysis method was used to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee motivation. Within the scope of the purpose of the study, 12 studies that met the criteria in 25 empirical studies were identified and included in the meta-analysis. The analyses of the study were carried out with CMA 13 software (Comprehensive Meta Analysis 13.0). As a result of the meta-analysis performed with fixed effect model (Z=25,71; p0,05). This study's originality stems from its methodological sophistication, comprehensive scope, theoretical integration, and practical applicability. It advances the understanding of the intricate dynamics between job satisfaction and employee motivation, offering valuable insights for future research and organizational practice
