Aims: This study investigates the relationship between systemic inflammatory biomarkers-Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII), Systemic Inflammation Response Index (SIRI), and Pan-Immune Inflammation Value (PIV)-and pregnancy outcomes following prophylactic cervical cerclage.
