Elastic Diffusive Cosmology (EDC): A 5D Brane-World Framework for Particle Properties — Framework Reference Document v2.0

This document is the canonical terminology and mapping reference for EDC. It defines the standardized vocabulary for the 5D brane–bulk model and provides a 3D/4D ↔ 5D mapping dictionary to keep narrative and equations consistent across the paper series. It also states the canonical bulk–brane conservation closure and sign convention (Remark 4.5), serving as the single source of truth for energy-exchange bookkeeping language (“conservation ledger”) used throughout Paper 3 companions and related documents.
