Identification and Validation of Prognostic Biomarker Signatures Associated with Overall Survival in Colorectal Cancer: Evidence from Bioinformatics Analysis and an in vivo Study
The aim is to identify and validate prognostic biomarkers that can predict overall survival in colorectal cancer.
Performed bioinformatics analysis to identify gene signatures
Conducted an in vivo study for validation
Selected four key genes with clinical utility
Identified four key genes associated with prognosis in colorectal cancer
Proposed these genes as alternative tools for treatment targeting
Demonstrated clinical relevance through validation methods
Abstract
The findings of the present study provided a set of four key genes with valid clinical utility that can serve as an alternative tool for prognosis and identification of new targets in CRC treatment.
