ABSTRACT Developing a flexible photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor for timely diagnosis of atherosclerosis (AS) progression during the prehospital period is crucial for mitigating the risk of disease deterioration. However, the problem of thermally induced interfacial electron recombination, which compromises sensor sensitivity, poses a significant obstacle. Herein, a photothermal‐thermoelectric synergistic conversion strategy based on a dual electric field is proposed to regulate the directional migration of carriers at the PEC sensing interface, enabling sensitive detection of lipoprotein‐associated phospholipase A 2 (Lp‐PLA 2 ) in health monitoring scenarios. Benefiting from the fast charge transfer channel mediated by the Au bridge, the energetic built‐in electric field is established at the interface between the Au/CsPbBr 3 beacon unit and the CuCo 2 S 4 /Cu 2 O thermoelectric electrode. This configuration efficiently expedites the photogenerated electrons separation. Additionally, the localized temperature rise, induced by lattice relaxation in the Au/CsPbBr 3 , will further accelerate the transfer of thermal carriers by the thermoelectric field in CuCo 2 S 4 /Cu 2 O. This compensates for the stability limitation of the sensing signal caused by thermal effects and enhances the detection sensitivity of the sensor. Furthermore, the hydrolysis process between the 1‐palmitoyl‐2‐(5‐oxovaleroyl)‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphocholine and Lp‐PLA 2 enables the system to sensitively quantify the Lp‐PLA 2 levels in body fluid within the range of 1–1000 ng mL −1 , providing support for prehospital diagnostic capabilities for AS.
