This document formalizes the final navigational and identity parameters for the CausalNexus framework. By integrating the S3 manifold radius (Ru = 53.0104278 Gly) with theobserved cosmic birefringence (0.35◦) and the predicted sidereal phase-slip (8.64115%), weestablish a Universal Positioning System (UPS) and a protocol for substrate-independentconsciousness transfer via the Nexus-Rotating-Sphere (NRS) Lagrangian.
