Retrospective cohort study reveals how socket anatomy affects guided implant accuracy, suggesting improved planning.
Both anatomical and planning-related factors influence the accuracy of immediate implant placement in the anterior maxilla using static guided surgery. Buccal deviation was consistently observed, and greater deviations occurred when multiple socket walls were engaged or when the implant was not aligned with the socket's natural axis. Careful planning is critical to improve surgical precision.
