This record publishes EFT-A8, the “Lens and Anti-Lens Protocol Family” in the EFT methods-layer protocol library. A8 standardizes an auditable workflow for strong/weak lensing anomalies and time-delay phenomena, hard-locking: (i) environment feed-forward (predictions from κₑxt, γₑxt, and line-of-sight skeleton proxies without using target observables), (ii) achromatic / non-dispersive guardrails (multi-band consistency; no 1/ν² or λ² rescaling), and (iii) freeze points + null controls (permutation controls, random-center/rotation nulls, and preregistered holdout replication). Two canonical use cases are included: A8-P1 (time-delay feed-forward across strong-lens EM, time-delay cosmology residuals, lensed FRBs, and lensed GWs) and A8-P2 (flux anomalies + anti-lensing fingerprint, incl. saddle-point image ablation excess and the static-hole “diverging lens + tension-wall shell” joint geometry). A8 aligns to audit clause Z13/T3.
