This article constitutes Part V of Wang’s Perceptual Field Theory (WPFT), a modular ontological framework centered on perceptual interaction within a continuous energy domain. In this installment, the concept of Ontic Energy is introduced as the fundamental and irreducible basis of existence. Ontic energy is defined as an intrinsic and autonomous form of energy inherent in all particles, independent of motion, spatial coordinates, or external fields. Conventional energy categories—kinetic, potential, thermal—and quantitative constructs such as mass, space, and time are reinterpreted as conditional manifestations of underlying energy states rather than primary ontological entities. Mass is analyzed as a phenomenon of energy confinement, representing the inverse degree of energy freedom. Large mass corresponds to localized, multi-energy cooperative systems, whereas minimal mass reflects maximal energetic freedom. Fields (electric, magnetic, gravitational) are examined as relational structures emerging from perceptual interactions among energy bodies rather than as independent forces. The article further formulates four principles of cosmic self-organization: onticity of energy, spontaneous self-organization, perceptual field interaction, and dynamic equilibrium. Together, these principles situate physical phenomena within a unified perception-based ontology of energy.
