Abstract

2023年度版の舗装標準示方書には,道路の凍上対策として路床の一部を非凍上性材料に置換える置換工法に加え,断熱工法が標準工法として記載された.このことから,様々な現場条件に応じた凍上対策工法の選定が可能となった.本研究は,廃ガラス瓶を再利用したガラス発泡軽量材を舗装構造に用いた断熱工法の有効性を現地試験と熱伝導解析により評価したものである.現地試験結果から,下層路盤下部を軽量材で置換えた場合の凍結深さは下部層まで達していないことから,軽量材は断熱性能を有していると考えられる.また,熱伝導解析からは,軽量材はxpsほどではないものの,置換工法で一般的に用いられる切込砕石の1/4程度の熱伝導率を有していることが確認できた.
