Abstract

本論文は,無機ジンクリッチペイントを施した10Tクラスの高力ボルト摩擦接合継手におけるナット回転法を実工事への適用に向けて実施した実験的研究である.本研究では,ボルト長(5dを超える長尺を含めた4水準)およびフィラープレートの有無をパラメータとし,導入軸力試験およびリラクセーション試験を行い,ボルトねじ部が降伏域に入らないでリラクセーション後も設計ボルト軸力を満足できるナット回転角を検討した.さらに,検討したナット回転角により締付けたボルト継手試験体を用いてすべり耐力試験を実施し,長尺ボルトおよびフィラープレートの有無を踏まえた10Tクラス(M22)のナット回転法の適用に関して検討した.
