Abstract

We reported 18 FDG PET/CT findings of recurrent fever due to the intraoperative liver injury in a 50-year-old woman. The PET/CT accurately located the liver injury, confirmed the cause of the patient’s recurrent fever, and provided critical evidence for formulating subsequent treatment plans.
