The PQSM architecture introduces a hierarchical 3-layer diamond membrane designed for room-to-liquid-helium biomagnetometry, achieving sensitivities below 300pT/Hz. By integrating a phononic bandgap at 2. 87GHz for T1-stabilization with ^12C-isotopic enrichment and circular Bragg gratings, we push frame acquisition times from hours to seconds. This shift from active electronic error correction to passive, geometry-driven coherence protection enables a scalable 'Quantum Camera Chip' for high-resolution neural and cardiac imaging.
