This analysis demonstrates neutrino mass predictions in normal ordering, suggesting implications for cosmological models.
We prove that the charged lepton Koide value Q = 2/3 is mathematically incompatible with the measured neutrino mass-squared differences: for normal ordering, Q_nu has a maximum of 0.585 at m_1 = 0 and decreases monotonically. At m_1 = 1.05 meV, Q_nu = 0.49, corresponding to a seesaw departure Delta_Q = 0.18. Combined with NuFIT 6.0 data, this uniquely determines sum(m_nu) = 60.1 meV for normal ordering, consistent with DESI DR2+CMB bounds (< 64.2 meV at 95% CL). Inverted ordering predicts sum(m_nu) = 99.8 meV, in tension with cosmological bounds, independently favoring normal ordering. The complete Koide spectrum across all four fermion sectors (Q_u = 0.85, Q_d = 0.74, Q_l = 2/3, Q_nu = 0.49) is presented, with deviations encoding QCD (quarks) and seesaw (neutrinos) physics. Falsification criteria are specified for JUNO (operational), CMB-S4+DESI, and Project 8.
