Evaluates lepton mass spectrum and predicts neutrino floor, suggesting unique search-space solutions.
The Lepton Mass Spectrum from R1-Recovery Contact Counting: Koide's Q=2/3 and its Phase Derived, a Neutrino Floor Prediction, and a Mixing No-Go. Derives the lepton mass spectrum from R1-recovery contact counting: the charged-lepton Koide relation Q=2/3 (amplitude sqrt2) and its phase delta=2/9 to 0.01 percent, and a normal-ordered neutrino spectrum (sum m_nu ~ 59 meV at the floor, quasi-massless lightest). Both (R,delta) pairs are search-space unique. Masses-only, with a proven mixing no-go (circulant blocks -> identity PMNS/CKM); the PMNS/CP sector is separate. One premise (dressed-coin form) is a stated convention. This record is part of the finite-QEC substrate / It-from-Bit publication refresh.
