We demonstrate an integrated architecture featuring a visible light polarization entangled quantum system and a detection module, tailored for emerging quantum information technologies, including quantum computing and teleportation. The detection module integrates polarization-control units with narrow-band optical filters (full width at half-maximum <20 nm), implemented using a photonic-crystal dual-cavity transmission filter and a silver dual-cavity filter, combined with high-performance organic photodiodes (OPDs). We systematically investigate how active-layer morphology─probed by grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS)─and energy-loss pathways govern the performance of PM6:BTP-eC9:PBQx-TCl OPDs. Comparative studies of ternary versus binary blends disentangle the respective roles of trap density and nonradiative recombination in determining charge-transfer energetics. Leveraging the ternary blend, optimized devices achieve a specific detectivity of 2.92 × 1013 Jones (at −2 V, 850 nm), broadband visible responsivity, high cutoff frequency, excellent linear dynamic range, and ultrafast transient response, highlighting their commercial potential. By integrating polarizing sheets and birefringent films, we further realize visible-range polarization arrays capable of generating both linear and circular polarization states via controlled phase retardation. A birefringent polymer element within the detection module enables precise polarization modulation and polarization-resolved photocurrent analysis. This capability establishes a platform for quantum logic and computing architectures that encode qubits in photon polarization.
