Information could be more reliable if it was obtained through objective metrics or medical documents verifying vaccination status. Furthermore, the study concentrated on vaccination uptake rather than thoroughly examining the causes of vaccine hesitation. To address these issues, specific interventions should be developed through future research that delves further into the causes influencing pregnant women’s reluctance to receive vaccinations. It will be crucial to keep working to raise vaccination literacy among the general population and healthcare professionals in the future. Campaigns for education, focused messaging, and unambiguous communication regarding the efficacy and safety of COVID-19 vaccinations for expectant recipients are crucial. Recipient’s acceptance of vaccines is greatly influenced by healthcare providers; thus, it is important to give them with the materials and training they need to be knowledgeable and prepared to address any concerns the women may have. The actions of “Lataster R” and others like them pose a significant threat to public health by undermining trust in science and public health institutions. By exploiting open access modes of publication in low standard journals, these individuals are able to reach a wider audience and potentially influence individuals who are already hesitant about receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. This insidious form of anti-vaccine propaganda can have far-reaching consequences, leading to lower vaccination rates, increased transmission of the virus, and ultimately prolonging the pandemic. The problem of anti-vaccine sentiment is one significant topic that could be further investigated in subsequent studies. The study focuses on the elements that influence vaccination acceptability, but it’s also critical to comprehend the causes of vaccine skepticism and resistance. The rise of people like “Lataster R” who actively spread anti-vaccine views via blogs and other publications. The particular situation clearly involves a concealed conflict of interest, and the problematic author recommends the anti-COVID-19 vaccine with a hidden agenda.1 When it comes to fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, this poses a novel and challenging issue for public health professionals.2 Also, when a publication portal is open access, there is a neglection of management of the case.
