We introduce Decision Physics, a mathematical framework for irreversible boundary-crossing phenomena in constrained stochastic systems. This work establishes: • A variational action formulation governing stochastic trajectories• Entropy dissipation as a structural irreversibility law• Exponential collapse scaling via Freidlin–Wentzell large deviation theory• Authority formalized as an absorbing boundary condition The framework unifies stochastic dynamics, thermodynamic free-energy dissipation, and rare-event asymptotics into a single variational structure. Primary domains: probability theory, stochastic processes, large deviations, non-equilibrium thermodynamics.
