An archaeological evaluation reveals no significant findings in trial trenches at Upper Wendover Dean Farm, suggesting a lack of features.
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on land at Rocky Lane C2a (C21014), near Wendover Dean, Buckinghamshire by INFRA. A total of 23 trenches were excavated. A trial trench evaluation comprising 23 trenches, targeted on geophysical anomalies, LiDAR imagery and blank areas, was designed to archaeologically investigate the Site. No archaeological features or deposits were recorded in any of the trenches. One trench contained a modern disturbance.
