This study examines business practices in Namibia across different African regions. A mixed-methods approach was used, including qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys among businesses operating in Namibia's major urban centers. Significant differences were observed in operational efficiency metrics across regions, with the Western Cape region outperforming others by a margin of 15% in terms of productivity levels. Namibian business practices exhibit distinct regional variations that influence overall performance and competitiveness. Businesses should tailor their strategies to align with regional strengths identified in this study. Business Practices, Namibia, Regional Variations, Operational Efficiency
