Analysis reveals acceptable dietary risks of emamectin benzoate and tetraniliprole residues in rice, indicating safety for consumption.
The optimization of a method for determining emamectin benzoate B1a, tetraniliprole, and its metabolite BCS-CQ63359 residues in rice using QuEChERS pretreatment and UPLC-MS/MS detection has been achieved. The linear range, correlation coefficient, accuracy, precision, and LOQ all satisfied the testing standards for pesticide residues in crops. The results indicate that the exposure risks associated with emamectin benzoate and tetraniliprole are deemed acceptable. The dietary risk assessment reveals that the dietary risk probabilities for both emamectin benzoate and tetraniliprole are below 1, falling within the acceptable range. The method offers robust data support for establishing maximum residue limits (MRLs) for pesticides and for the scientific and rational application of emamectin benzoate and tetraniliprole on rice.
