This article examines the geopolitical landscape of energy security in North African peripheries, with a specific focus on Senegal. Not applicable as this is a theoretical framework article. The theoretical framework underscores the need for a coordinated approach among national governments, international partners, and local communities in managing energy resources effectively and securely. Establish a regional energy security dialogue forum to foster collaboration between neighboring countries and facilitate information exchange on best practices and emerging challenges. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
